  • We are looking for Manager, Analytics with analytical and logical thinking. Candidate should oversee and develop analytics service offering and develop, execute and optimize strategies. This role may include direct management of team member(s) and oversee team deliverables.     Key Responsibility Area

    • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
    • Take ownership of a task/account, build a roadmap for it and guide/lead the team to achieve goals
    • Work with business units and other cross-functional teams to aggregate datasets to provide a holistic view of the performance
    • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
    • Ensure the clients’ goal are achieved and stay up-to-date with clients’ business goals
    • Interact and build a strong relationship with the clients
    • Implement custom tags through GTM
    • Setting up analytics platforms and tag implementations
    • Audit existing set – up and recommend best practices – based implementation including Events, Custom Dimensions, etc.
    • Tag Troubleshooting: Conversion, Remarketing, Dynamic Remarketing, Tag Manager, Analytics
    • Co-ordinate across groups (such as PPC, SEO, web, marketing automation, etc.) to ensure you understand the impact of their activities and take their actions into account while recommending solutions or fixes
    • Attend to and deliver client requests promptly


    • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics and Dynamic Tag Manager
    • Strong command of the language with the ability to communicate persuasively and effectively
    • Ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority
    • Ability to work productively, always projecting a positive outlook in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Strong technical skills & knowledge for Listening, Website & Social Media Analytics
    • Excellent Presentation skills
    • Experience at handling a team, mentoring and guiding them
    • Hands-on experience with providing measurable solutions to the portfolio of clients


    • Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream
    • Certified In Google Analytics and Tag Manager
    • Additional Courses in relevant streams i.e. Website Analytics, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, etc. are preferred
